What exactly does VDH Grading do?
We are your intermediary for getting trading cards graded by PSA. You send us your cards, we check and bundle them, handle the full PSA submission and return your slabbed cards fully insured. VDH Grading is not PSA — PSA decides the final grade.
How does the process work?
In short: (1) place your order and pay, (2) ship your cards to us, (3) we receive them, film the unboxing and check everything, (4) we ship to PSA, (5) you track the status live, (6) your slabbed cards return fully insured. You get a notification on every status change.
What does it cost?
You pay a fixed price per card based on the tier (card value): Bronze €33.95 · Silver €82.95 · Gold €122.95 · Platina €204.95. Each tier has its own maximum card value, turnaround and insured value. Start your submission to see the exact price.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the chosen tier and current PSA wait times — expect roughly several weeks to months. Priority Handling (from Silver, +€4.95) places your cards in an extra monthly shipment.
How do I pack my cards?
Each card in a soft sleeve and a card saver (not a toploader), then into a sturdy bubble mailer or box. Follow the full step-by-step packing guide. Prefer we handle it? Add the Shipping Kit to your cart.
Are my cards insured in transit?
The return shipment is fully insured and tracked up to the declared card value. For the inbound leg to us we recommend insured, tracked shipping; our Shipping Kit includes a prepaid tracked label.
What if I pick the wrong tier?
At intake we verify the card value. If the tier is off, we contact you and settle the difference via a Mollie payment link (surcharge) before forwarding to PSA.
Can I track my submission?
Yes. Your account shows the status live per tier, including — once the cards reach PSA — an “arrived at PSA” notice so you can follow your PSA submission directly.
Which cards do you accept?
Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, Lorcana and other TCG and collectible cards that PSA grades. Unsure about a specific card? Get in touch.
Do you guarantee a grade?
No. VDH Grading is a submission service, not a grading company. The grade is determined fully and independently by PSA; we make no guarantees about grade, authenticity or PSA turnaround.
Can I cancel?
As long as your cards have not yet been shipped to PSA, we can stop the submission in consultation. See our Submission Terms and the Withdrawal Form for the exact rules around the right of withdrawal.
