Withdrawal form

The withdrawal form is the statutory model form you use as a consumer to exercise your right of withdrawal: the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason. This is set out in Article 18 of the Terms & Conditions.

When can you withdraw?

  • You are a consumer — business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal (Article 18).
  • You clearly inform us within 14 days of concluding the agreement. For services, the period starts the day after the agreement is concluded.
  • You do not need to give a reason.

Important exceptions

Because grading is a service we can start immediately with your express consent, conditions apply:

  • If, when ordering, you agreed to immediate performance within the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided upon withdrawal (Article 18).
  • If the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period with your prior consent and waiver, the right of withdrawal lapses for that service (Article 18).
  • The right of withdrawal does not extend to a decrease in value, grading results, PSA decisions or dissatisfaction with the outcome (Article 18).
  • Want to cancel outside the right of withdrawal? See Article 19 — Cancellation by the customer.
